Delivery service not free anymore hence £5 charge which seems extortionate especially for people who pay for their prescriptions. Shame as found store staff quite pleasant and efficient.

One of the better pharmacies in Blackpool, even though I have a pharmacy at the end of the street, it's often worth walking the 15-minute walk to this pharmacy, it's bigger, has incredibly helpful staff, and it's also better stocked

my mother had to call me because she was unwell, was on hold on the phone from 5pm, while nearly there at 5.45 was told the pharmacy was closed and offered a prescription to take somewhere else!!

I heard you this morning badmouthing customers over spelling their name for you. The lady was being perfectly pleasant but clearly you thought she was treating you like you were stupid. Perhaps you?d like to do that when another customer isn?t in the shop or better still, not at all.
