I have used this pharmacy for a year now ,the old polite gentleman was always very polite and delivered on time .Since then I have had a different delivery driver ,who has actually just opened my front door shouted Lee he actually did this 3 times .that?s illegal aswel there is cctv looking all the way down my steer that would have seen this .today I?ve been messed about for my prescription and they are and have failed there duty of care

What happens to the normal customer service we use to have in this pharmacy?? The management keep changing the good staff members, which they know who are their normal clients . Only one person handling with 6 people. The excuse is always the system. When they don't even check the meds they recieved to send tham straight away for their patients which are in need for that meds. Not acceptable. I waited 4 days, and it was needed making a call to find out what happened to the meds i should already have? Does the customer aervice Manager have a single clue off what it is hight Scores of customer satisfaction? Start doing your job properly and keep the good staff you have in the pharmacy on Charles Street80b which look after the clients and they already know their needs instead of moving them like Joe, Nick and Zaheda. Also start to do some training using the good ones as an example.

Disgraceful service. 4 prescriptions to pick up. Come 3 pm, not ready. Pharmacy closes at 6 so I say i will come at 5. 5pm prescriptions not ready, takes a woman 1 minute to get one of them and say the other 3 are not in stock. One of them being blood pressure medicine! She says we have released these for you go elsewhere. Other 2 pharmacies say the blood pressure prescription is not released. We go back and she argues it's released. We tell her to go back to her computer, and she proclaims they have been released. When we ask? Now. Why weren't they released in the first place like you claimed? Can't comment on that, it wasn't me. Yeah right. I told you how that blood pressure medication was important and how we were not happy going back and forth, you didn't like us making a fuss and all of the sudden it's the not released when you said you've done it?!JOKE OF A PLACE

I have never in 20 years encountered such incompetence. I have never ever received a full correct prescription. You stand in the shop for 30 mins before anyone even asks you if you need help. The pharmacist told me my medication was no longer available (this was incorrect) and when corrected told me "were all human" we make mistakes. He doesn't even read the press releases on the medication. 3 months they've been short staffed. All I see is a constant que of people complaining. This place needs closing down. No wonder staff leave. The place is a complete joke.they litterally have no idea where your prescription is... And then ask me what it is they owe me? They have no idea what day it is.do them a favour and take your prescription elsewhere as you'll be waiting a week For it.

The worst chemist I?ve ever been too first can?t find prescription then not ready come back in 2 hours go back pharmacist gone on lunch come back in a hour !! Say there short staffed 5 people behind counter lots of customers angry nothing getting sorted

Worst chemist I?ve ever experienced,the number of times my mums script has been supposed to be delivered and they just do it whenever.Once again the doctor sent script on Friday morning and they didn?t deliver and now it?s Monday and I?ve rang up 9 times and always on hold and one of them times the phone was picked up as you could background noise then put straight down.This is for an 80 yr old women by the way and lost count how many times I?ve had to drive from Thornton to get it.I?ve now changed her chemist to one that staff don?t hide behind counter not wanting to serve and whenever I go in there is always someone annoyed and having a go at them,but is it any wonder when they are incompetent to even deliver a prescription.The number of bad reviews tell you there is a problem yet each reply is always the same nonsense about staff being 100% committed to customer concerns yet the bad service continues.

Fantastic service we have my partners tray delivered normally as we are in vulnerable categories, the delivery staff are great ensuring distance rules are followed but if there are any problems as some of my partners drugs have to be ordered specially and so aren?t always delivered as scheduled they ring us straight away so I can pick up after work. Also Bibi, the resident pharmacist, goes out of her way to ensure when we need something urgently before the scheduled delivery that it?s sorted for us. I put an emergency prescription through today and turned up a few minutes before closing and despite being busy she sorted it for me.
