Generally rude staff, made me feel like it was a big effort to serve me. Being polite costs nothing... Give it a try :)

I use this pharmacy weekly
I am part of a marginalised group.
This is a pharmacy you will not be judged, I?ve used many pharmacy?s in the past and they do not reach the level of this one
All staff are always extremely friendly to me, this pharmacy should be 5 stars based on customer service alone
The pharmacist Sarah is very approachable and great to talk to about anything
All other staff are also amazing!! The ones I can think of off the top of my head are Maureen, Amy and Claire, but everyone is great ??

No stars would be better,10,to 15,days to get prescriptions despite being signed off in a day, proof availability,,no MSG's to tell you they're ready, some very rude staff.

One star too Many. They have my repeat prescription sometime for over a week I try to phone no one ever answers to see if it's ready. I go down and have to wait ages when they have had it for over a week. Disorganised chemist you would think all the bad reviews would make them pull their finger out but no such luck. It's my last time with them because a chemist who doesn't answer the phone is just ridiculous. I'm seeking out another pharmacy.

By far the worst pharmacy I have ever encountered. 7 staff on at once and waiting ages for my prescription just to be told they don't have it. This occurs 9 times out of 10 of my visits to this place. I stopped using them for this reason but thought I'd give them another chance and yet again they can't get it right. I won't be returning

I have used this pharmacy for a number of years and they have been ok. Some staff are rude, others nice. The big issue I have, is I work everyday and start before they open. I only need to ring them once a month to order my meds for pick up. My job doesn't allow me to use my phone while working, so I have to ring on a break. Yet again I have tried calling them all through today. Their phone went un answered or phone was engaged, then it rang and they hung up. This is not how a pharmacy should be operating when it comes to people calling them. I will be making a face to face complaint. I do feel for others who may be housebound and really need to get through on the phone.

Shocked at how poor the service is here.
Having used them before and had nothing but issues getting my prescription I thought I?d give it one last go when my dr sent an urgent script over.
Typically they once again said it wasn?t there and there was nothing they could do despite the dr calling me back and confirming he had sent it there and is also giving a code to download it.
Spoke to Morrisons in Cleveleys and lovely gentleman downloaded it from the origional code that they said they couldn?t do that with!
Staff are rude and have a don?t give a toss attitude.. not what you need when you are ill and have had to ask a family member to take time out of work to collect the prescription for you!

Not really sure how to review a place this bad!***AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID***In short:Unable to open on timeUnable rude, ignorant staffUn-stockedThe long version:Unable to open on time, checked google before setting off, opening times weekdays stated 8:30am opening. Arrived just after 8:30, roller shutters were down on both windows, lights were on and doors were closed and locked. Checked the opening times on the window they also said 8:30 opening, rattled the doors again to make sure they were locked, and sure enough they were. Went to sit back in the car thinking they maybe opened at 9 and both were wrong. Just before 9 two people had gathered outside, watched and waited patiently eventually at 9:12, they were let in, so proceeded to walk over, only to find the door locked again, the two people that had been outside, now inside!Unable rude, ignorant staff, eventually when a member of staff came to open the door for us at 9:18, over 45 minutes past the stated opening time we were greeted with (and I quote), ? your lucky were opening at all today, we?ve no staff, but as your stood out in the cold I?d better let you in!? Just a reminder this isn?t a sweet shop or a costa coffee we?re talking about but somewhere that dispenses life saving medicines, and we?re lucky they?re opening at all?? - what kind of attitude is that from any member of staff? and as for no staff?. Hmmmm? well how many staff do you need in a pharmacy?? - expecting her to be there on her own, when we got in, there was the pharmacist, and two other members of staff, and a couple of minutes after we were eventually allowed in, (I presume), a stand in member of staff arrived making 4 in total?? - how many people do you need to run a pharmacy?????Pharmacist had little better attitude towards their customers, went to collect three items, (for my mother), when he called her name I said those will be for me, he disgustingly looked me up and down and said we?ll your not Mrs xxxxx, to which I replied, no I?m her son, he then proceeded to pass me one item, to which I asked was this all and asked what it was, I was rudely told it would be written on the box what was in there. He then walked off? I stood and waited, for another 3-4 minutes before another member of staff told me that?s all they had/were able to supply this morning.Un-stocked, fairly self explanatory, not all the items ordered were available, and not just for the prescription I had gone to pick up, but also for the four or so customers in front of me?I?d avoid this pharmacy at all costs, that?s if they can be bothered to open at all?

Absolute rubbish, rude and terrible staff. Stood at counter, no acknowledgement from the four visible staff. One was stocking shelves. Pharmacist was doing some pills, which is understandable, still could have said hello, and two behind chatting. Went to the one on the corner across the road who actually bothered to serve.

I couldn't believe that as a pensioner I was racially abused by one of the well pharmacy staff himself being of Asian origin and me English.I was called a white b I informed the place immediately and he was arrested and taken to the police station at a later date .I phoned up the head office to complain and they sent their area manager to the WELL pharmacy stall operating from a doctor surgery and low and behold the CC TV wasn't working for that hour .by the way I understand the guy that racially abused me had a criminal record and should never have been working for well pharmacy or any other pharmacy. I will be running a campaign throughout the winter months leading into next year for well pharmacies to be struck off the NHS Association list and also you will see my Vans going around Blackpool and Lancashire all sign written explaining what happened and a petition to close them down
