The very worst!!
I would give this place 0 stars if I could as this pharmacy is completely inept and useless resulting in putting vulnerable individuals who rely on their 'services' at severe risk and danger.
I have many medical issues and I need my medication when I have run out.
I have given them plenty of notice and now twice over the last two days been told to come back tomorrow.
While I appreciate there has been a recent rebrand of the pharmacy and change of system, I received no understanding from the hard faced and nonchalant staff.
Absolutely disgusting and disgraceful service, will be changing my chemist as soon as possible and I would advise others to do so.

Constant issues with medication not being available and have to wait 3 extra days after they recieve the prescription.

Just shocking...now onto my second formal complaint in a week! Missing meds and incomplete scripts for last few months. Where has it gone??. Meanwhile my health has deteriorated and staff just hang up on you! Quite possably the worst service i have ever recieved

This is the worst chemist I have ever known. Prescriptions meant to be delivered as arranged, however, when I contact them, "oh i am sorry, we didn't know that were to be delivered" that's 4 times this happened

Always one problem or another with prescriptions.I really hope they get it sorted because it has been the chemist we use for years but since Covid it's gone to hell in a handbasketUpdate # this pharmacy is the worst I've used, I'm severely disabled, and they mess me around every month, they speak down to me, they have me running round for days, they pass the buck on every problem and they are just awful.Nowadays they don't hardly answer the phone, which they suggested I ring to make sure my meds will be ready so I don't have a waisted journey. Absolutely shocking
