I love Waterstones. This shop is filled with everything you could want over two floors, and if they don't have it, they are more than willing to order it in for you. Great customer service and experience.

A gem in the rough.
I love this store, it's quiet, calm and evokes a nostalgic bookstore theme that some of the company's larger stores lack. Great selection of both old and new books and the staff are knowledgeable and engaging.

While in Blackpool town centre we called into Waterstones to have a browse around. My wife and grandson looked at the Children's books while I looked at the fiction and sport section. We left with two Children's books and a cuddly Elmer and I picked up two fiction books. A lovely bookshop, staff were really nice, always a pleasure to pop in when in Blackpool.
