The staff knew what was what, (unlike when you connect with Vodafone chat or ring them). The Blackpool staff explained my queries and sorted it, hopefully. So don't ring Vodafone, go in person to a store!

I can wholeheartedly recommend Martin from the Blackpool store to anyone looking for help with a phone or broadband deal or issue.
He is such a genuine, friendly, kind and helpful human being- so much better to deal with someone like this face to face rather than speaking to someone far away in a call centre. Thank you, Martin, for your first class service ?

At point of a potential new customer today, i received first class customer service by Adam, polite and friendly, got a bit of discount on the deal today, i signed up for a new phone and sim card plus i got a mobile WiFi device so i can use it not just on othe devises other than mobile, but tv too, and i can use it anywhere i like , just the job for trips on train.

Went in to swap a phone i upgraded that i didn?t end up liking - and it was a very lengthy and confusing process but Adam was incredibly patient and helpful with my request and i couldn?t thank him enough. He?s an amazing member of the team, and his maths skills was something to remember ?. Thanks adam & vodafone!
