I had a pending trip to Texas from San Juan, days before I decided to call the spirit company, apparently in San Juan, when a person answered me, I gave him the details of the flight, he told me that that ticket was canceled because I had not purchased insurance For said ticket, I told him that if I gave him insurance provided by the agency that supposedly covers flight cancellations among others, he insisted that it was canceled, I told him but it is not mandatory for me to buy insurance to travel to the USA and he He told me that since August 1, 2022, it was mandatory that my flight be international, I hesitated because my flight from PR to the USA is domestic, not international, because he told me that I had to buy, at the time, because I asked him how much the cost was. and he told me that for me and my wife and I it was $215.00. I made the payment without knowing that I was being deceived, the next day early I called spirit to verify if it was true that the ticket was canceled and they told me that at no time was that ticket cancelled, at that moment I called my bank and I made a claim for a fraudulent purchase, because they took me to it by deception, the company that appears on the supposed policy is TRIVOYAGE TRAVEL.
