“We booked our holiday last month in Malta through Andrew, Not Just Travel Direct. It was perfect! Andrew matched the price online so not only was it a good price, you have that back up at the end of a phone if you need help. We had a slight hitch with our board arrangement when we checked into the hotel, quick text to Andrew (out of hours), the next morning the Rep appeared and it was instantly sorted, so online prices with added support, why wouldn't you use him! The hotel was perfect, in fact best we've probably stayed in and the location perfect for us. First class personal service second to none...all the trawling on line taken away.
