A very rude woman was today on morning shift. Refused to help, poor knowledge, very rude saying :"I cannot help you, it will take ages". Obviously this woman is hired at wrong position.

Icl company management board must revise what kind of people they recruiting, I don?t hire such kind of staff, in the end, staff is the image of the company, now make it good or bad, and I don?t think they got the job because of their CV honestly, because customer service and being humble must be missing in the resume. On the other hand there is staff I highly approve not only for the professionalism, but for the customer attention as well

SBR at Screwfix, oh we dont stock it. Its £32.Toolstation no problem.Similar Wallpaper scraper with renewable blade, screwfix we dont stock and only get deliveries every 3 days. Toolstation yep we have it. Unbelieveable. Top marks to Toolstation.

I am useless at DIY so popped in to get some advice. Stu helped out, sorting me with some very decent emulsion, rollers, brushes and tape. I would not have had a clue without that help.

This place needs to sort staff who pick the orders .as been twice and never got my order after ordering it next pick up .never use them again waste of time
