The manager David kicked me out for trying on some pants, after he stood and watched me take my shorts off, still had underwear on, tried the pants on to see if they fit and they did so I was going to buy them, he then proceeded to have a go at me, didn't say anything about any dressing rooms being available, asked for the manager and turns out he is the manager and the only one on shift, I feel sorry for anyone working under him as he seemed to get off on his power trip, I often frequent this store to buy random things, won't be going back until I've had an apology for this disgusting excuse for customer service.

So many friendly, helpful staff in this branch, especially Moira who went out of her way to assist - I had so many shopping bags and she saw how much I was struggling and helped me massively. When she clocked out of work she even helped me take them to my car!! I can?t praise her enough, she?s such an amazing and kind person, she?s a credit to your store.

This is the second time I have traveled to town to return or purchase an item. This time I was returning some shoes, I have arrived there 17.45, the door was locked as last time, however I have noticed loads of staff inside and assumed that they didn't realise that the door was locked, I waved at them and I was told my the member of staff that there's no customers in there and they are not letting people in because they are closing in 10 minutes... In 10 minutes! Correct me if I'm wrong but if the opening time is till 6 then the shop should be opened till 6 ? Change your opening times till 17.50 then so the customers are aware and save them the journey and parking fees for nothing

Times you go, there's lots of unique clothing items. Other times you go, not much. I like it here as there's lots of different items that the everyday vanilla shops will never sell.
