A must if your going Blackpool, loved the glass floor. Just be careful if you suffer from vertigo like myself, it's quite high!

We booked this with the blackpool pass (great value!) there was a large group of us 10 altogether, youngest being 3 months and next 4 years old. My wife carried our baby in a carrier but we asked before entry if this was ok and was it suitable for our 4 year old, we was told it was our choice to take him in, but if needed we could take him out, he absolutely loved it as did we all! The actor's are absolutely brilliant they all deserve credit, they had us in stitches! I'd highly recommend this as it was a great experience for us all, and to see one of my daughters get called up in the court room was hilarious ?.

Travelled from London, to have a day with my kids at Blackpool pleasure Beach and visited some attractions, one of them ?Blackpool Dungeon ?
Smelly ,sweaty experience? however my main concern was my teenage daughter being shouted at when we reached the 3rd room as she went past a ?WAIT HERE sign IN THE DARK? as so did 5 other people !
my daughter wears the Hijab and felt as though she was picked at deliberately.
The humour was not funny or enjoyable!
and certainly NOT for children!!
at this point the kids were not happy and neither was i.
Reached out to the manager, absolute amazing gentleman! (JAMIE) can not emphasise enough. was ever so apologetic, he helped us get a refund and escorted us kindly to the Blackpool Tower.
He went above and beyond to help us. highly appreciated.
He completely changed our day around and we had an amazing time after the terrible Dungeon experience. :) Thank you Jamie!!

Absolutely horrible experience. We had cooler boxes which we used to store our food, upon entry we were told we weren't allowed to bring the cooler boxes in, however staff was not giving us any alternative solutions, which was absurd. Eventually, after speaking to a manager, we put the cooler boxes where the prams and buggies were put. Additionally, we had a child with special needs with us who was very excited to go into the dungeons. Staff were made aware that she had special needs which they said was fine. When we came into the rooms the child started having a panic attack where she was screaming, crying and shaking, staff saw this yet were not offering any help. Concerns about harsh lights were ignored, and one actor was very rude when we raised concerns about the harsh lights and this made the child even more upset. Even though the rooms were very good because of how rude the staff were I will never go back again.

We absolutely loved it. A good laugh with a group of strangers who you might call friends by the end!
