Over charged and then when challenged tried to make it my fault when clearly he scanned my items in the first place. Staff can be miserable and are constantly on their mobiles when they could be serving customers.

Called in this morning.Middle aged woman with glasses behind the till more interested in texting on her mobile than serving customers.Its not a good look and it definitely was her personal mobile.

BE CAREFUL about this Tesco. Especially if you are a foreigner.There is one man with glasses and always seems to be miserable and yells at customers and passes very bad remarks.I have stopped visiting Tesco and have moved to Asda forever. Never going to risk this or any Tesco as few staff are very rude and unprofessional.

There?s some wonderful staff here such as Heather , Jules , Julie , Levi and others BUT have you seen the jobs worth who walks around in the store wearing a holster with a price gun / item finder ( or whatever toy he loves to wear ) this Buffon has no manners no etiquette never smiles , never speaks , has glasses ? and a beard ( he is a Manager type ) and he NEVER smiles which is just bad manners !! I admire anyone who gets up every day to work long hours to make progress for themselves and family but if your working with the general public you MUST at least smile instead of being moody and totally miserable ?!! And the way he conducts himself he is a TESCO brownoser for sure !! He makes our visit every Sunday morning a total sad experience !! I go here for my cans of beer ? and bottles of wine ? maybe this Tesco Manager / moody miserable Company Keeno can give me a discount on my beers ! ( or I?ll shop in Asda !!

I thought I had left my purse in the store and the man I spoke to offered to check the cctv for me.Whilst he was looking the purse turned up in the back of the car.I work for Morrisons head office and will say that it was excellent customer service by any standards
