Handy local store if you can get a parking place your lucky and don't leave anything of value on show in your car or someone will help themselves without a doubt but staff in-store are polite and helpful

Very rude guy on tills short brown hair and denim shorts with braces . Very abrupt. And said he was the boss when I wanted to raise a complaint . Smelt of weed so I left . Don't know how to complain higher up

Coming from the backwoods of North Wales popping into this convenience store (it's very definitely NOT a supermarket) to buy a bottle of water was a bit of a culture shock. The first sign that I was far from home was the Rent-a-Cop security guard on the door - of a convenience store!!! Secondly there was the fact that the till operators are sat behind glass, or maybe perspex, screens. There are a couple of self service checkouts but neither was working and only one till was open so I had to stand in a bit of a queue to buy my single bottle of water so the purchase took longer to complete than I might expect closer to home. I hope I don't have a similar experience the next time I pop into Tesco Express in Llandudno.

Service is very awful. Not cooperative who works in the counter. I had received the worst Tesco service from them. Used to spend hundreds of poundes every week. From today, avoid them.

Short older lady on till is so rude to customers,Clearly hates the job.Had to ask for a bag and told to pack it myself.Sick of listening to her being rude to every1 especially if your not British as she says she can't understand your language in a patronising way.She can't control the que as she will allow the alcohol isle to be full of customers waiting upto the freezer at the back of the shop.in my opinion she needs retraining or the sack.

Poor stock of meal deal sandwiches 90% of the time especially Monday mornings. Staff not welcoming, never heard a good morning.Also been in a few times 7am quite busy and Costa coffee machines is on a clean cycle ??????????
