Good store, just wish the new app had worked while we were there. It was embarrassing to be stood there for ages trying to pay while the app would not let me log in.

Absolutely disgusting!Place was filthy food allover the floor and tables. Service was a zero the guy just didn't want to be there, no customer service skills at all. The food i bought that's in the bin because it was grim! Put me off Subway for good!!! Sort it out

Worst subway experience I've had, guy was sweating, didn't change gloves for fresh order, then decided to make my sandwich the way he thought was better not how I wanted it, so basically the big cheese steak melt done like a normal toasted sub, and not in the press? Everything was falling out of it and it was hot and cold in parts because he got it out before the timer went off, not sure what the rush was, as nobody was in there, unless it was because of just eat or uber orders?The other totally unhygienic thing was he wiped his sweaty head with the back of his hand while putting the salad on the sandwich. Basically I'd never return to the subway here, hygiene levels are disturbing.Can't believe I paid, its probably because I was too embarrassed to actually adress it there and then, but I've learned my lesson, just don't go to that subway again.Must add this was a few weeks back, not had time to write my experience.

Went in today and can safely say when it comes to the staff ?the lights are on but no one is home?. Took 10 million years to make a slice of pizza and even then it was a shoddy job. The two boys were mimicking eachother which was not only immature but unprofessional. Felt like jumping over the counter and having a crack at making the food myself. Not a vibe.

Helpful and friendly staff, thank you.Dietary restrictions: My wife is a coeliac, and they were able to cater for her. This is great when you only want a sandwich.

Food was fine, though kids toasted was a little burnt, can't say it was value for money as was £12 for 1 adult and 1 kids with a side of crinkle fries. Lady serving was friendly and helpful tho. On general, good but nothing spectacular.
