I ordered from just eat a footlong meal deal which was ham with American style cheese and lite mayo however my sandwich did not have any cheese or mayo on it ,my sandwich didn't even taste toasted and I had asked for it toasted bits were missing from my order including ,crisps ,drink and cookie I tried to ring up and complain but the phone kept getting put down on me I want my money back for the items I didn't recieve

Ordered a tuna, lettuce, cucumber, onion and sweetcorn foot long with cheese............... no onion or sweetcorn and about 5 little grates of cheese on it, then they gave me the wrong cookies so i called them up to express this and they put the phone down on me and wont answer my calls ! not impressed at all

Always thought subway was a constant reliable being a franchise. Had many from many different places, pretty much identical every time. Here! Ordered a steak and cheese with selected salad and mayo. Some how the bread was very soggy on one corner, very little salad and smothered in mayo. Wife also go one at same time and obviously a stale sub, inedible at the end.

Unfortunately just had a terrible subway melt, second time, same sandwich but different branch, please can you train the staff how to make the melts correctly, this is the second time now I've had the melt, and its been basically toasted and not pressed, therfore the mozzarella doesn't melt and stays thick and stodgy, the peppers and onions remain wet and crunchy, it all just becomes a soggy wet sandwich that breaks down when you're trying to eat it, a total mess! Other subways the sandwich is melted correctly and completely flat like its been in a panini press, ruined my lunch.

All of the staff members sat at the front of shop doors talking among themselves when people aren?t there witch is very unprofessional having a mothers meeting , my sandwich was made wrong adding lettuce onto the big cheese stake and when I said there is no lettuce he then put it back into the lettuce tub what if a vegetarian went in they don?t really want stake touching there vegetables and he then added normal onions on as well witch aren?t on the sandwich I even had to read it out and he still got it wrong , I asked for 4 cookies and was only given 3 and one of them was the wrong one , definitely would not recommend

Just received my order and my sandwich was wrong, wasn?t toasted, had no bacon, I ordered hash browns in mine and THEY WERE FROZEN IN MY SANDWICH ?? IM HORRIFIED, tried to call them and they didn?t answer lol

Placed a £50 order half of the order was not delivered every sandwich was wrong. Lots of the order was missing tried to call they can?t answer the phone. Had to go out and replace the whole order. They even delivered a veggie delight with meat on it. Great for a veggie. Tried to get a refund they thanked me for being a customer and said hoped to see me again soon. What a joke. Asked more questions now Holly who emailed me is ignoring me. Poor customer service. I messaged again they said it?s been 5 days wait

I went to subway with my daughter who has multiple allergies and has never tried a subway before the staff were amazing and prepared hers separately to her brothers the lady with pink hair went through thing with my daughter and the gentleman in black sure there names were Shelbie and Ben made my sons sandwich?s they were both very helpful with what my daughter could have.Thank you for making my daughter?s day and making her feel included.

Its just like all the others in looks , quite at times , the place needs a good clean and the toilet stinks , would it do any harm just to put a bit of bleach down it ? , staff are ok .

Honestly this has to be the best subway in Blackpool by far. The staff are all really friendly and welcoming, especially Shelbie. She is always really polite and lovely and always has a smile for us whenever we go. Fantastic customer service! Keep it up

Order from them everything was cold and it didn't take long to me so i dont knoe how they done that oh and they just didn't put everything I ordered on my sub just put half the stuff on and wrapped it what a joke how hard is it to look at an order and put the right stuff in
