I ordered a meatball sub that was told had to wait 5 minutes for as he put it in the microwave the got it cheese and toasted and it was warm, for him then to start answering his phone in the middle of serving us. My sister order ham and chicken and then said that the chicken tasted like dry leather and she couldn't finish it. My friend ordered her usual salami and pepperoni with cucumber and even then she couldn't finish it. The food was disgusting and rushed and the guy behind the counter was even more ruder. Not coming again if it's like this!!!!!!

Always have a good service here freshly made always good and delicious subs dillon your a star mate never gets it wrong can have a good chat and laugh with him whilst preparing your footlongs service always great and a polite lad too thank you

Not give what you asked for.sandwich thrown at you not given.Dirty place,tables full of rubbish,in an out.Bin over flowing.very rude girl.to all customers. Won't use it again

Came in Saturday 6/7 just before 7pm. There was one male worker who couldn?t find deli paper to make a sandwich. He continued to call people asking where to find paper and he checked upstairs. I was in a hurry and waited 10 minutes to be told I can?t order anything because there is no deli paper. I understand it may not be his fault, although he should have noticed when serving the previous customers that the deli paper was running low. Clearly a product ordering issue if there is no paper in the whole establishment. I wonder if he continued to turn everyone away for the whole night, very unprofessional.

My first visit yesterday, as soon as i opened the door, & put one foot in, i was terribly shocked, how i was shouted at by the one & only tallish male staff, my other foot was still on the pavement,
He shouted so loudly & rudely, Sorry! I am doing orders!
The shop was all empty downstairs, i was so confused, i just turned back & left, but then immediately i returned back to ask, if the shop was closed,
He so rudely said, no! its not! closed!, i felt so uncomfortable, how a shop staff with such low & useless manners, was hired for serving families, & mixed community & socially uneasy customers,
I walked to another subway, around the corner, oppo Blkpl Church, where i was served in a very busy shop, i preferred to wait outside a while, i dont like to queue in busy places, but i was served with excellent manners for the last 3 days of my visit to Blackpool North.

This is by far the rudest Subway and lack of customer service I have ever been in. The scruffy member of Staff served me 12 cookies who then presumed to throw them at me when I paid him. I find this highly offensive and will never go in this store again...

Broken chairs, horrible customer service asked him what sauce are there and he said urrr the ones we have got out. The woman just threw cheese at the sandwich didn?t even make it onto the sandwich ask for a small amount of onions and he gave me extra. All I could taste was onions, onions onions! I had a salad on the side and I asked for little gherkins and a couple jalapeños he gave me two handfuls of each, overall wouldn?t recommend ever going there again. Truly awful!

I shall be taking my complaint to the local newspapers the local authority environmental health trading standards and Subway head office.Between midday 12.20 to 12.50pm on Thursday 14th March 2024, I became victim to the most extraordinary outburst from some jumped up evil lowlife repr*bate, I could not believe the display from some disgusting unprofessional VERY aggressive staff worker who had the nerve to bad mouth me to different sets of customers visiting the store the entire time I was sitting in the upstairs dining area at the venue. He had the audacity to loudly slander me to all the customers who walked through the front entrance downstairs which I could hear him blatantly doing. He was telling customers a pack of lies,distorting the truth, embellishing and twisting the truth and flatly abusing me, just because he disagreed with me taking down a few chairs stacked up on tables upstairs, I did not understand why it would be such a big deal????? Who the h*l* does he think he is????So when there was a gap between customers coming into the building, this nasty piece of work came upstairs steaming in a temper and started lifting those heavy reinforced steel metal chairs back on the tables and yes you guessed it..... banging them on the table tops as angrily and as hard as he could.There was NO signage to avoid causing confusion to customers to let customers know the reason why the upstairs dining area cannot be used, it wasn't under any refurbishment and there was nothing to suggest why the upstairs dining area wasn't in use.The pathetically behaved worker told me "it was obvious the customer dining area wasn't to be used by customers, and told me that he "wasn't going to argue" and "it wasn't up for debate" he proceeded to state I was in the wrong, interrupting me so I couldn't get a word in edgeways, before heading back downstairs.He was so obsessive about it, that he actually left the store, upon abandoning the store unstaffed, while a single female customer's bread was burning in the toaster, yes you read that correctly, he even left the store to go outside to tell someone on the pavement, i suspect it was someone he knew, bearing in mind the same story he already told approx three to four sets of customers he previously served inside, as he continued his pointless, outragous and nonsense rant.This raving l*natic worker was told if the area cannot be used it should be blocked off or it needs to show a sign. But the simpleton wasn't listening, he made up his "mind" that he didn't have to engage with a customer or be civil with me, therefore it was easier for him to get a few laughing, giggling, biased and unassuming customers ordering takeouts / takeaways downstairs to take his side and let him convince them ( not that it took much convincing ) that I was the problem, the burden, that I should somehow feel guilty, exploiting me like I'm some sort of dangerous criminal vandalizing private property, which of course couldn't be further from the truth.The reality was, he is a trouble causer, he was the one being difficult and problematic, his behaviour was threatening, provoking, intimidating, unsafe and thoroughly reprehensible.He had NO BUSINESS behaving in such a way, and NO RIGHT to speak to me or be discussing me to complete strangers who were none the wiser of the situation they 1.could not see, 2. were absent of the facts and 3. Ignorant, with regards to company practices.I travelled to the Fleetwood branch of subway, the same day, furious. I consulted with with two subway staff management workers over this young man's behaviour in the Market street branch and they both confirmed he was NOT ALLOWED TO STOP CUSTOMERS EATING UPSTAIRS WITHOUT A VALID REASON OR EXPLAINATION. I was also advised there should not be broken discarded machines and large plastic wheely size bin bags full of miscellaneous junk dumped on the floor around customer seating area.Subway supply chain, employ better quality more suitable staf

This place is so dirty. Food left in trays over night. Got there when they were opening early. Tables and floor disgusting.. the worst subway ever been in. Put all food into bin after one bite.
