We rarely use Subway and if we do it is only to buy drinks. Today we decided to go for two foot long subs. For someone who works at Subway they clearly do not know how to cut the bread. Barely put any chicken on the sandwich.
Squashed both sandwiches and what filling there was seeped out and the sauce went everywhere. Was quite rude when speaking to as well
By the time he got around to wrapping the sandwiches they were a complete mess. Clearly not how they look on the menu photographs. And even after eating, my partner is starting to feel sick and this sub was the only thing he has eaten today. So will NOT be using Subway again.
They need to take a serious look at who they are employing in this store and need to teach them some customer service. High prices for barely any sandwich. Avoid and use somewhere else for your sandwiches or make your own. Guarantee they will at least look better and will be a lot cheaper.

5.30 pm and told it was take out only, which was not a problem. 6" sub was more a 4" sub and had to ask for more than 3 gherkins! Dared not to ask for onion sauce as well as mayo! Asked for salad bowl with veg patty for my daughter, heard a grunt and other colleague asked if we wanted it heated ... Oh yes please, if that's ok. Had the death stare from the one serving us. Then didn't cut the patty up, as they would do where we live. When given change asked for a different £5 note as it was not the usual note and knew we would have problems getting other shops to accept it. Had to ask for knife and fork for salad and fork was dirty, could scrape black off it, so had to ask for a clean one. Over all very disappointed with the customer Service as everything seemed to be an effort. No manners and just very unwelcoming ... Would never ever go back to this subway. BE WARNED

Walked into shop 15 minutes before the 6pm closing time. Asked if they are still serving, to which they said yes.when I asked for 2 coffees to start with, they informed me the machine was now switched off as he was finishing now. At 5.45pm . Not very customer friendly and poor service.

Plant Picante was really tasty. But the new chap didn't know how to make it. He wouldn't look at the guide behind the counter so I had to tell him what to put in it.
The other downside is that they lock the toilets and say they're out of order - 80% of the time.
I go in weekly and generally half of the staff are very happy and helpful. The other half are grumpy and unhelpful.
But that Plant Picante overshadows the negatives.

Someone that works there with the artistic sandwich maker badge is the most unhygienic person I?ve ever seen, wrapping my sandwich with unwashed hands, hair in my food, throwing old food from the side back in the tub that?s been there for god knows how long

Yet again closed early, told at 17.40 that closed yet sign on door states 18.00. This happens all the time at this subway, can?t wait until the tram terminal opens and we locals all have better choice for those who work around the gateway.

Bunch reprobates working here. Couldn?t set a dinner table between them. They broke the oven, dropped the sauce everywhere, and didn?t even ask what salad I wanted, just put a load of items on themself. Then asked if I wanted sauce AFTER wrapping my sandwich (15:44 02/07/2023)

Worst. Subway. Ever. Walk another five minutes and find somewhere else to eat. Incredibly slow, staff don't understand the menu and they had to close for an hour because they ran out of ingredients. Spare yourself the trouble.
