We all know to avoid monopolies as we don't like heavily overcharged poison, but since caffeine is more addictive than tobacco I did anyway and immediately regretted it. The service was poor, I was overcharged and the coffee was unpleasant. Never again. Since the hotel chain has aloud this I will be recovering my money back from the hotel

Some days it's a 5 star and some days it's a 1 star so settling in the middle at 3 stars.
The location is good and sitting on the terrace on a sunny day is lovely. Inside it's a big gloomy.
How the coffee is made is completely haphazard, hence the 1 star some days and 5 star other days. We have had to ask for our coffees to be remade on more than one occasion either because they were cold or just not made properly.
Also, please, please Starbucks stop using single use stirrers and plastic cups for a glass of water. What an absolute waste of resources.

Don?t come here often as it?s slightly out of the way for me, but it?s a nice stop in for grabbing a quick coffee during a walk. The staff are very friendly and positive, and luckily it isn?t usually too busy (when I?ve been anyway!)

Food and drink were like most Starbucks, so enjoyable. The staff on the day were very good and friendly. The atmosphere was OK with it being in the reception area of the hotel.
