They dont even answer there phones. And there online chat is useless they give you false information. Wrong phone number and wrong email address. All I wanted was to enquire about a product and collect instore but you can't even do that

Gave me receipts as PlayStation vouchers and I lost them and came back up asked for another one got rejected and told me a email would come through and been waiting since 3 ocklock yesterday and they said I should get the email in 24 hours waited the 24 hours no email tried phoning and it says destination can?t accept calls and now I?m back in Scotland so can?t go to the shop and ask can any one help me out how to get the codes

Can't fault the service I received. Polite and helpful young male shop assistant got me the walking boots I was looking for. Tbf, whilst Sports Direct isn't everyone's cup of tea, the store has a vast range and was clean and tidy.

Dear Sports Direct,
Bravo. Truly. It takes a special kind of customer service to deny a return for a pair of shoes worn once ? indoors ? just to check the fit. I didn?t know trying something on at home now qualifies as a ?marathon session.? Maybe next time I should just guess my size with my eyes closed and hope for the best?
I wasn?t expecting Michelin-star treatment, but I also didn?t expect to be treated like I was trying to return mud-caked football boots after a weekend tournament. Your return policy is about as flexible as a brick wall, and apparently just as welcoming.
Thanks for the reminder that shopping with you means ?once it?s out the box, it?s yours forever? ? even if it doesn?t fit properly. No worries, though. I?ll make sure to walk straight into another store next time. Preferably one that understands what customer satisfaction means.

I brought a pair of trainers from here and spent over 200 pound. I got there trainers home and tried them on to find the fit was not what was expected. I tried to take them back and change them for a bigger size to be accused of waring them and was made out to be lieing. After refusing to exchange them I'm not over 200 pound out of pocket as they don't fit. I was.met with a bad attitude and poor customer service don't buy anything from these jokers

Not happy went to sports direct in Blackpool and the security guard was nasty to me Told me I can?t come in with a drink but I saw other people coming out with their drinks don?t like the way I got spoke to I have autism and depression and anxiety

Be careful if you purchase anything you might need to return.They have a no refund policy. Regardless of returning within days.
Regardless of paying in cash.They will only offer an exchange or credit note.Sneaky tactic so you forget or lose your credit note.Poor policy, and not as generous as other stores.

When visiting sports direct there is never ever staff to be found after searching for 5 minutes you may find a staff member able to crack a smile but on other occasions when the long wait is other members of staff can provide assistance with your purchases which you want to buy

Just got a Cycling Helmet from the Blackpool store. Security tag is still attached. And no alarm when i left the store. So now I've got to get the tag removed.
