Excellent service by all members of staff very helpful and curtious even though it was an extremely busy day, only thing that I thought needed attention is the fact that there is little options in the lower price range frames for male teens although my son found some frames he liked they were named brand so obviously cost a bit more then the NHS frames other than that can't fault anything else

Myself and my son went for an eye test in Blackpool Specsavers all was well until we had the eye test! bit of a joke maximum 5 mins for each eye exams, he didn?t do everything he should have done and no sooner had we sat down you were back on your way out! this wasn?t done properly.
I will never go back to Specsavers again. I have used them for years and this is definitely the last time.
This eye test wasn?t done properly for this reason I wouldn?t recommend this Opticians at all. I will write to Specsavers and let them know my concerns.

Misleading offer. Staff shout across the store for you instead of walking to the waiting area to get you. If you want to be ripped off go here if not go elsewhere.

Popped in yesterday to pick up my glasses, when we walked in not one staff member looked engaging, they all looked so miserable and the way they spoke to customers including myself was shocking.
On top of that the shop stank it almost knocked me physically sick.
Not the first time staff have lacked basic customer service skills was the same when I went for my initial eye test, always looked so hard done by and made customers feel royally uncomfortable due to their lack of politeness/ friendliness.
