Awful. Partner opened an account in branch. Made to feel a criminal when trying to deposit a couple of hundred pounds. Staff lazy and borderline rude, basically cant be bothered with the hassle of cash. Closed account. Wouldnt be at all surprised if branch closes soon with the attitude of lazy staff

Having spoken to Nichole yesterday regarding investing my money, I found the whole experience excellent. Nichole went through each option and was thorough in her explanations.She understood my requirements and gave advice accordingly, leaving me options as to what I required for retirement and the best way to achieve my goals.Excellent customer service in a peaceful, relaxed atmosphere.

Have tried three times today to ring and arrange an appointment to open an account, one call rang for 25 minutes. Not a good start.

Because of push button door opening I was able to enter using my mobility scooter and quickly finish my transaction. Only recently had to use this and was so helpful.

This must be the worst financial institution in the UK. In the last week, they have failed to honour 2 telephone appointments they had agreed to make with me to discuss a home for my savings and a maturing ISA. The ISA has now matured and gone into a zombie account without my permission, and they have LIED constantly about the calls they failed to make. Beware, and don't believe a word the staff say to you.

You can't transfer money here without a book. And you can't do it online either! What's the point of the company if you can't complete simple transactions like these?
