Really disappointed, we ordered a chef recommended that comes with Pilau rice and a chicken tikka madras (both meals were great) but we didnt get the Pilau rice. I rang up and was told that you only get the Pilau if you order in shop? Wasn't any cheaper to order online with no Pilau so a little disappointed with that as I didn't see that particular small detail anywhere.

What has happened? Delivery half an hour late, rice was cold and just nowhere near to the standard we are used to from Shapla Spice. I had korma because I don't like spicy food but it was spicy, all sauce and only a few chunks of chicken. So disappointed. Won't be ordering from Shapla again.
