Unfortunately a bit difficult to get into. Shelves of fruits and vegetables and bread departments were in sad condition. Staff was friendly though.

Everything is OK but when you buy reduced food we shouldn't have to as customers to type in nearly every barcode for the reduced food as I've been told they always run out of ink the reduced printer machines to print off the whole barcode properly please can you sort this out please as I bet other people have had same problem it's been going on for a while now lot more than a month

I?ve been shopping in the Red Bank Rd store every week since it opened.It was always a pleasant experience but is becoming less and less so . The staff are unfailingly lovely and always friendly and helpful. However the shelves are so often empty.Today there was hardly any milk .A staple item surely ? There were only two checkouts open and long queues at each one . No attempt to open another, in fact no supervisors visible at all .I do use the self checkout regularly but prefer not to when I have a full trolley. Also I had a points voucher which I wanted to check with the till lady . Unfortunately she?d no idea what it was and didn?t know how I could claim the points .The staff need to be trained to recognise these extra vouchers . All in all a frustrating shopping experience. Lidl and Aldi looking more attractive by the day .

Didn't have a nectar car. Overcharged by more than £30 demanded refund took 3 days to return my money. BEWARE
