We saw some pillars and there was only two left on shelf asked a young girl and she said no that?s all we have in stock she could be bothered to check or look for us .so we headed to the lift to look leave and we noticed another one on another shelf as we looked for more as young lad sorry didn?t catch his name said we have more in stock and he when get us some more plus filled up the shelf?s with these pillows well done great customer service and we ended up buying more stuff to match the new pillows thank you to the lad who went above and beyond for us ? great customer service if he wasn?t for you we would of left empty handed

It's a good place for cheap quality clothes. And last a long time. It's very interesting with other products as well.

Mostly ok but there are some technical issues like closed stairs, changing rooms and chasier desks on some days/part of a day. Still we will come back.

Can't believe that you now have to pay for a paper bag at Primark, and it rips 5 minutes after you leave the shop

Boys clothes not enough stock in certain ages... always waiting in queues to pay ...long queues could be avoided if they opened up other tills ..some staff rude ..

Local branch of the national store. Wide range of goods for sale, for all the family. Excellent value for money. Lovely clothes footwear and household ranges to choose from. Online internet shopping for the full range of stock, with click and collect, to buy and collect in store. Free WiFi available in store. Friendly staff and atmosphere. Great central location. Accessible from Hounds Hill shopping centre.

Till crashed and was asked to pay again , now charged twice was assured by Stacey that this would not happen but now im trying to get my £137.20 back and having not much luck been trying to call them and they dont answer and no voicemail to leave message - poor service

An 'OK' Primark to visit. Plenty for kids and women, but not a huge amount of men's clothing.
Spread over multiple floors, but escalators are provided for people to use to access the floors.
No self check outs, all physically operated.

Big clean nd tidy shop
