What a find, we needed new carpets throughout most of our eight room guest house, we started with another company who did the hallways, landings and stairs, we thought at the time the quote was quite expensive but went with it as we needed it done desperately. The end result after it was fitted was not good to say the least, they are still having to come back to put things right. Time to try "Premier Carpets and Rugs". What a difference, half the price quoted by the other company and perfectly fitted first time. They carpeted our large double lounge and four large bedrooms, all completed perfectly. The staff are helpful, friendly, efficient and fun. We would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Premier to anyone. Thankyou to all at "Premier Carpets and Rugs".

I've just had my carpet laid today, in an extremely large lounge. I knew what I wanted from day one, without needing to attend the shop and chose to do all contact via messenger, simply because, I had no landline, mobile signal is dreadful where I live and I'm housebound.I cannot fault their communication via this way, as not once did they keep me waiting for a reply.From start to finish, Harry and the lads have been pleasant, polite, respectful and thorough and I can't fault them for the work they've done today. Carpet looks awesome and I'd certainly recommend them for quality and price. I look forward to dealing with them again in the near future. Thank you so much! ??

Ordered an extra large rug and matching runner from catalogue within the store on Tuesday after 3pm. Was in store ready for collection Thursday before 12.....Amazing quality and shocking value for money. Have seen poorer quality for much more elsewhere.Can't praise the service enough and will definitely recommend to anyone looking for a new rug.Thanks guys x

Absolutely shocking service. This company has just left my house around 30 minutes ago, and I was set to pay the bill over the phone by card. For some unknown reason, my card declined, despite having enough cash to pay it. The owner immediately flew into a rage and threatened to come into my home and remove the just-laid carpet. I would have found it hilarious to see him try, but I certainly don't appreciate attitude from a jumped-up snot who seems to think he is a force to be reckoned with. Pathetic. I would never let this man into my home again due to safety concerns.
