Kids pizza was nice and the ice cream factory was fantastic but the chips were hard and not good flavour for kids - from my son age 9.
The buffet was minimal and empty for the first 15mins upon arrival then it picked up and ended up having plenty of choice.

I had the pleasure of experiencing outstanding customer service that exceeded all expectations. Isla is a wonderful example of amazing customer service and kind hearted individual.
I went into the store to purchase a pizza for a homeless man, Isla paid for half of the pizza from her own money, she was touched by the gesture so decided to pay for half of the pizza (I didn?t expect this).
Isla?s caring nature and support was greatly appreciated it. She is a great example of what good customer service is about.
Robbie, her manager also provided wonderful customer service and I believe both should be recognised for the actions as they show real compassion and put pizza hut customer service in a positive light.

Isla went above and beyond couldn't help us more and was really friendly helpful and full of smiles even told her manager how she's a credit not the store

Boulevard Blackpool prom, yes ok got the promotion but pepperoni feast and chicken fajita, nothing like the one on the other reviews, where's the meat and the pepperoni feast was a medium not large, £30.99 for the pepperoni WOW, this all the toppings you get for the price, held back on fillings, don't do the offers if you are going to do this

We went to this Pizza Hut expecting it to be like others, but it was amazing. We went in and were sat immediately. One thing I noticed when I went in was there was a lot of young kids, and some where screaming and shouting. We sat down and ordered through the QR code which is really easy to navigate on your phone. We had 2 kids meals and an adult meal. The kids meal come with a pizza and unlimited salad, drinks, and ice cream. The adult came with all but the ice cream, and it was amazing. I would definitely recommend!
Dietary restrictions: They ask you about this when you come in and note in on your table so people are aware of this.
Parking: There is no parking available near the restraunt.
Kid-friendliness: There is lots of kids there and they have lots of options on the kids menu as well.

Maybe if you don't take cash you should have a sign that says you don't take cash so then I don't have to wait 15 minutes for someone to see me and then to say that you don't take cash

Worst pizza hut experience. Ordered big sharer, and three extra sides, only thing that came hot was the cheese bites, rest was like warm at best. Had to wait again over 20 minutes for desserts. Clearly we were forgotten about. We came to the conclusion after the wait for desert that the hot food was left waiting why it was cold. What made this worse was restaurant wasn?t even busy! Overall appalling experience.

The serving was phenomenal, as was the food. The ratio between pizza and crust was great and the salad options were vast. The ice cream was especially enjoyable, with delicious options to place with the cold dish. The drinks were fine as well I would say.
Furthermore, the serving was most adequate. I was served by a member of staff named Dan, who could not be any more helpful. He made sure that the experience was best appreciated and made sure that all was well.
