We decided on Pizza hut as that's what the kids wanted. It's our last time I'm afraid. There used to be a lot more Pizza huts but now I see why some are disappearing. I cannot fault the staff. The service was good. The food however just seems a rip off, even though we went for one of the 'deals'
The kids were happy enough, however, as the paying adult I was disappointed with the quality of the food. Very little sauce on the pizza and very little cheese. It meant for a very dry pizza. I asked if they had some olive oil or chilli oil, the answer was no. Only the bottled sauces on the side which was ketchup or bbq sauce. I tried the mayo from the salad bar. Not sure what kind of mayo it was but it was inedible.
This is a pizza restaurant and there was hardly any condiments. It beggars believe there was no olive oil.
3 adult sized pizzas which were very mediocre, a kids pizza meal deal and 4 bottomless drinks for £60. That's the last time that happens.

Came in with a good friend, last week and had a very enjoyable experience. The restaurant is perfectly located, right in the centre of town and is thus easily accessed by the people who come into town. The food was perfectly fine, the service was great and welcoming and the atmosphere made me feel like a child, it was warm and comforting. I would recommend for a family dinner out in Blackpool.

The pizza wasn't bad at all. Salad buffet looked good but it wasn't so good. When ordering, make sure you don't need any cutlery. Unfortunately the cutlery was not clean. Service staff were always friendly.

We went on a busy Saturday evening, queued to be seated and the staff didn't seem in any rush to seat people. When we were seated we were just left to get our own menus and figure out how to order via qr code. When we did order there was an issue with the number if drinks brought out and the resolution to that was slow.
When food came out my garlic bread was the same time as my pizza rather than a starter and was room temperature. Not just not hot, it was ambient temperature. Another person with us had actively chilled corn, colder than ambient temp, it wasn't pleasant. The pizza was as you'd expect from pizza hut, but not the hottest either. No staff members checked if we were happy with the food. And it was easier to just leave than as for any warmed up food, or any refunded. We will not be eating at this branch again, not the service we'd expect from pizza hut

We ate at this restaurant while visiting Blackpool and have to say it was not a good experience or somewhere we would tell people to eat at.
Firstly the salad bar was practically empty, the sauce jars had all dried up and did not say what they were, considering this is part of the meal you pay for you would expect to at least have it available to eat.
Secondly we waited 1hr for food, there were several other people complaining about their food not arriving either. When it did arrive my daughters meal didn't and we were told it'll be a couple of minutes. 15 minutes later my partner had to pretty much enter the back room and disturb the staff to prompt them. By the time it arrive our food was cold because we came to eat as a family and we are not going to start eating while our child just sits there watching.
I also wouldn't advertise that you have an ice cream factory because 2 sauces and some sprinkles is not something fun for kids.
The restaurant isn't cleaned well, I had to wipe the table down as it was sticky and the cloth was black afterwards. The toilets smelt really badly of urine.
You have to use the app and pay up front which includes a tip which we added, we would not have been leaving a tip with the service we received. When we left we passed a guy who I presume is the manager who grunted a good bye.
This experience is a shame because the actual food cooked was really nice but that store needs so serious help to improve its standards.

After being accused of lying by a female member of staff we made the decicision to up and leave the restaurant asking for a refund. Extremely rude and unprofessional.

Food was okay but pricey you don't eat much on the buffet as your full after 2 pizza slice not much salad choice place was not busy and not that clean in general though tables where getting cleaned the floor was not more room upstairs but no in it at time

Busy evening but staff managed to fit us in.
We were family of 5 plus a service dog and staff went out of their way to accommodate us
5minute wait and we had a table in the window near the door which was perfect for us.
Kids menu suited our children especially ice cream factory
Lady serving downstairs last Friday night was excellent, friendly, patient and attentive.

Horrendously busy due to Nandos running out of chicken.
The initial greeting from the staff was good but there the positivity ended. The pizza had the thickest base of any pizza that we've had to date and was basically a £30 loaf of bread with a small amount of topping smeared on top. Trying to order food and even getting the bill seemed like an inconvenience and irritation to our server Charlotte, so when we did receive our bill and paid via another team member, we were given the wrong tables bill (only slightly higher but that's not the point)
To say that we wouldn't recommend is an understatement as there are far better pizzeria out there at much better prices and quality
Kid-friendliness: The kids' meals and portions are simply a joke and not worth bothering with
