The vets here are lovely, they took great care of our little pooch, we think they would?ve taken her home if they could ? great experience and they cut her nails within minutes. My dog is usually shy but the vet made sure he petted her and made her feel comfortable and she was absolutely fine! Nala appreciates it!

Awfull experience i had the other week with the groom room and the staff of pets at home wen I was clearly upset no one was willing to see to my issue..i think the girl is called jade that groomed my 3 year old labradore she shaved a big bald patch on his back thigh which wasn't there wen I dropped him off and they tried to tell me it was a skin allergy..my dog has been going there since he was 6month old and they know he has allergies and tried to use that to cover what she did to my dog wen ever he flares up i always tell them wen u take him in to drop off and let them know his allergies are flared which they havent been for months now and wasnt on this day they also tried to tell me the fur must of just dropped off which is ridiculous and even so why wasnt i told wen u picked him up he has a mysterious bald patch that happened in the care of the groom room..no refund offered no apology offered just total bad attitude from all staff I spoke to.. iv always spoke highly of this grooming shop..but to be able to do that to my dog and not take accountability is disgusting he also came out soaking wet they hadnt even bothered to dry him off...iv never had a reason to complain till now...if she had said wen I picked him up I would of laughed it off as I am a regular customer that has been going every 6 weeks for nearly 3 years...and as iv been coming here for years and i totally understand mistakes..not to own up to it and say he was shaved wen that area does get cleaned up as he has a hygeing trim is disgusting...and he came home distressed and sore on the area they shaved..mistakes happen but the fact they lied wen i pulled this up isnt right also they spoke to me like a piece of rubbish..and made me feel like i was in the wrong...my dog is like my child and i wouldnt let this go if it was my kid...don't take your animals here as they lie ..I have made a complaint about this and waiting for feedback and I won't let this lie untill It's sorted...this lady has not looked after my dog wen I put my trust in her..pictures have been added of what she has done to my boy
