I'm a carer took 1 of my ladies to shop in a wheelchair ?? as entered shop. was only 1st aile could get down in the whole shop. Not accessible for disabled people. staff wasn't help full at all. on a estate only shop in middle of disabled community.

Badly run shop with overpriced items, miserable staff and no proper covid queuing system, meaning that people will jump you in the queue, with the staff seeing this and doing nothing. Nisa on Easington Crescent is a much better shop with better priced items, nice staff and a proper covid queuing system.

This store seems to have gone downhill. Although all of the staff are very friendly and helpful, every time I have gone in recently there are empty shelves. There are at least two freezers empty and it is frustrating.
