o2s signal in blackpool mostly around central town to bloomfield is terrible, i dread the 3g switch off because 4g doesnt even work, walking around town is 3 bar attempt as you cannot even load webpages or connect to social media, the prom, nothing at all loads, going down towards bloomfield i have to put it in and out of airplane mode to try and get it to connect to a different phone mast, complained about it all last year to the point they gave us compensation, a year later nothing has changed and o2 refuse to do anything about it, donmt bother with o2 cause you wont even be able to read this review

We needed to upgrade our old 3g sim to 4g and keep same number. The staff were so helpful when I phoned them and were brilliant in the shop. So approachable without any hard sell or anything. We did get a simple 4g phone for my elerly partner.Thanks for all your kind help.

What has gone wrong with this company . Firstly the phone didn?t arrive on time , then when pushed to have an eSIM it didn?t work. Visited this store seeking help. Didn?t have a passport on me but had a photo of passport and three other forms of ID . ?Sorry need physical passport?. Absolutely ridiculous. The customer service here is shocking. I?m trying to run a business currently without a phone signal and these idiots wouldn?t help. .

How this store rates lower than cleveleys is beyond me, after a very unpleasant experience with rude staff at the cleveleys store we popped into the Blackpool store and was greeted by Ryan who was very helpful and friendly, if it wasn't for him we would be using another phone provider by now, keep up the good work Ryan and thanks helping me and my Wife choose the right phone ?

After a nightmare time dealing with o2 call centres and web chat , what a relief it was to deal with actual competent , friendly real people . Brilliant service from start to finish and I will always visit here in future , rather than deal with the call centres .

Lazy staff, I went as soon as it opened and there were a lot off staff members. No one helped me or spoke to me. Awful customer service.

There was one specific worker called Lee who was incredibly patient, polite and helpful. He was very pleasant to talk with and answered all of my questions. He was brilliant and will be asking for him again

I went to the shop to ask for help. I asked a young lady to ask if she could help me as I locked my phone accidentally. She asked for my pass word which I gave. We still could not get in. So we tried another way . We could not get in . Then it came wow she opened the door behind her and said in a loud voice to her manager. I got this guy can't use his phone which he replied not again. He came out just as bolchy. Gave me a load of grief. It's my fault. With that I left feeling mentally upset what a experience. Sad.?

Been using Blackpool 02 for many years, however the last 3 times we have visited store I have been left feeling disappointed.
Went to upgrade my phone and found they were more interested in selling me something I didn?t want, concentrating on what I came in do for.
Asked for help with cancelling an extra, to be told they could not help. Staff are usually a lot more helpful.

The staff are brilliant here. Been in several times, I have multiple contracts with o2 every time I've been in to set up a new contract, ask questions or anything else, the staff have always been amazing.
