    o2s signal in blackpool mostly around central town to bloomfield is terrible, i dread the 3g switch off because 4g doesnt even work, walking around town is 3 bar attempt as you cannot even load webpages or connect to social media, the prom, nothing at all loads, going down towards bloomfield i have to put it in and out... read full comment

    We needed to upgrade our old 3g sim to 4g and keep same number. The staff were so helpful when I phoned them and were brilliant in the shop. So approachable without any hard sell or anything. We did get a simple 4g phone for my elerly partner.Thanks for all your kind help.

    What has gone wrong with this company . Firstly the phone didn’t arrive on time , then when pushed to have an eSIM it didn’t work. Visited this store seeking help.
