Where do you get £30 price tag for a non inspiring t-shirt? I found one item that I felt looked decent. The rest seemed to be half arsed fashionable attempts. The mens section is a joke. Yet again another store like Matalan that sits next to it that seems to have little to no fashion and have hardly any Medium sized clothing. It now makes sense to shop online with much more choice and easy return policies at your fingertips. All with decent return policies and price tags.

I prefer to order online then pick up in store. The shop itself is too full making it hard to find things. It's hard to tell who is staff from the general public.

Disappointed with the sizes available in store in menswear. No 28 waist jeans in store and only larger shoe sizes. Great in all other regards but needing to order sizes online is annoying, I go to a store to get them on the day. If I wanted to shop online I would. The staff are very good at this store.

We went into Clifton retail park today as my daughters son wanted to purchase his first suit.Great experience.OLIVER was on hand to measure up, advise & his expertise & patience helped for a successful shopping experience for a young & unsure 14 year old young man.We left very happy shoppers. Had to return an item for a credit refund- the manager dealt with it wonderfully & overall I was very happy..... unfortunately the member of staff at the till treated me like it was coming out of her pocket. Didn't catch her name, probably Karen ?

Oliver in the suit section was brilliant. Went in to exchange sizes on a pair of trousers and left with matching shoes and tie. Oliver went through each step of the suit with us and went our of his way to make sure everything was spot on. A credit to next.

Use click and collect alot from here as its easy to park. Staff very helpful and good selection of mens suits and tailoring

Excellent service. Oliver in the men's clothing upstairs went above and beyond to help. That's why in my view we still need stores. Not all about online sales. The staff professional personal help and advice was just what I was looking for.

Manager with dyed hair different colour on top blonde shoulder length is rude and unprofessional. I bought some shoes and it came up more expensive than the price tag. Manager abruptly said ?you are lucky as next week they will be that price?. I said I heard the prices were going up and her reply was ?shame the staff wages isn?t?. I find that comment very unprofessional to comment to a customer she obviously was not happy in her job. The lady with grey hair has also always been rude and noticed other customers comment on her attitude. Such a shame as the staff used be amazing and my last review reflected that. Not a good experience anymore.
