Dismal Diffuser Display!!
Wanted to buy a Next New York Diffuser as a gift for a friend. I checked online and it stated there was plenty in stock. I got to to the store in Houndshill in Blackpool, and found the display at the rear of the store. It was the most miserable, neglected diffuser display I have ever seen in any store. Every single New York diffuser scent sample bottle on the top shelf was bone dry and had been for some time - judging by the state of the manky reeds. How can a customer select a suitable diffuser scent, when the display sample bottles contain no scent, and look very manky. Not an assistant to be seen anywhere - not impressed at all. I recently visited the Victoria Street NEXT store to buy some work trousers. I met Sharon the sales assistant, who was really friendly and helpful. She showed me various possibilities and after trying them on I ended up buying two pairs, she made it so easy for me, so thank you.

I went in yesterday with my son to pick up a shirt. It was too short in the sleeves as he is very tall. The assistant in there gave us first class service and sorted out the return of the shirt and ordered us one with longer sleeves. His name was Joe and he just couldn?t have been more helpful.
