Took forever to faff about the store trying to find jeans I wanted in a longer length as I was told there were some on the shop floor - there were not. Stoll a girl said shed check the staff room for me which was helpful, but they wrrent there either. . Then had to que up forever to order some "long" length jeans in that size that I wanted. The woman ordered them in store for me, this also took ages, hence the que getting even longer. I stated 3 times it was the longer length ones I required. Only to pick them up a week later , take them home and discover they are "short" !??? Never in my life have I wasted more time on shopping for 1 pair of jeans. The system is flawed and doesn't work.

Got told I'd get emailed a receipt and never got given a paper one.
Good job I checked same day as I'm not from the area and I didnt get one... yes I checked my junk mail.
Given I'd spent >£100 this is unacceptable.
The store manager rectified it for me when I went all the way back and queued at the very slow tills again, but it meant I had to have a signed a4 printout receipt... let's hope I don't have to take anything back to my local NL with a strange looking receipt.
The other option was to refund and re buy everything. I don't want twice the amount outstanding from my account waiting for a refund for half...
Some good bargains to be found upstairs if you can be bothered having a ratch.
It's absolutely boiling upstairs though. Downstairs had a good range of clothes, a petite section and a claires accessories section.

Only do straight sizes in store now despite huge signs in the window stating do larger sizes. You can only get these online. Obviously us "fattys" must hide and shop at home like the monsters we are

There needs to be more effort put into the plus size clothing upstairs, it's just one wall not a lot of options at all

Felt the shops in general new look clothes starting to look cheap but not reflect in the price. No better than primemark.
