NatWest as a banking organisation is terrible, 100% would not recommend. Been with NatWest over 5 years and have nothing but constant issues. Lets not forget about how the staff at this branch do not have 'Diversity and Equality' training and where they discriminate against members of the bank for just changing personal details. In which, they give you £60 to make up for the discrimination, once reported. Constant phone calls for 'health checks' on your account and when you refuse to have one, they give you a abuse over the phone.\\n\\nI am absolutely disgusted with the way this bank treats their clients.

Staff make you join a queuing system which doesn't work for quick walk in deposits. Should not have to take 25minutues to deposit money via business cheque.

OK very helpful, friendly & understanding staff - just not enough of them.. Hence long waits. Also, I was quite disappointed that they do not have side rooms available, instead all your personal business is conducted from a desk with a staff member and a computer in the middle of the room right in front of all the other customers who are sitting waiting! This definitely need to be changed. So, based solely around my last point I am rating this branch as only 2 stars.

Never have a problem at Nat West corporation st. Staff always helpful and James Wade is proper class when negotiating things. I dont know if he is still there. But everyone is nice

Staff were very helpful. Was booked in to see an advisor. Was told there could be up to a 2p minute wait, however i was in and out in 5 minutes. Thank you for a great service.Please be aware that on Saturdays there is no counter service for withdrawing cash or bill paying, unless you are a business or commercial customer.

Sadly few staff for counter service. After merging / closing all the RBS branches to have so little staff always means large queues.Fact that no quick deposit envelopes available to public (because of covid ?) unless you queue up in normal queue is a joke

Blackpool branch staff dont have a clue what they are doing. Been in here over 1h and a half. One member of staff on till one floor Walker who just notes down what people want a does nothing. Really despicable an slow customer service do not use this bank unless your willing to wait all day to sort one simple thing out.

Amazing bank, I have just moved here from Halifax bank today (Who were useless and incredibly insensitive to my situation) and they set me up with a new current account within a matter of minutes. In particular the branch manager (I unfortunately can not remember his name) and Laura were amazing and helped me massively. Highly recommend.
