Very good customer service. I was served today by Sam. Friendly guy navigated me around the menu. All the staff are very good at capturing dietary restrictions and requirements.
Ordered Chicken burger Peri chips but Sadly no macho peas left. I have only ever had macho peas In nandos so I asked Sam for recommendations. After going through was happy to recommend the broccoli.
Food came out really fast and hot, everything was cooked well. Sam was also very good at checking everything was ok and if I was happy with his recommendation. The broccoli was fantastic, definitely added to my future nandos menu.
Also advised on nandos card and how it works.
Left the restaurant with my plate empty, full stomach and a brilliant experience. Well done Sam and the rest of the team.

Ordered takeaway charged 50 pounds come out of my bank but on the receipt it says 45 pounds so they took 5 which they should not of took and the food was awful first time a d very last time never again

What a lovely experience. It was easy to tell that these ladies were a bit over tun but they handled it enthusiastically and efficiently. Each customer they greeted warmly. led by Victoria, the team performed this dance with grace. Thank you so much ?

Went to Nandos before going to Jason Manford. Went upstairs for a seat and there was plenty of space and the window table we sat at had great views - terrific for people watching!!! Food was spot on - quarter breast chicken with chips and rainbow slaw + four chicken thighs and spicy rice with macho peas. A real winner though was the new starter of a pitta bread with melted cheese etc in it with a dip. The service was quick and both efficient and friendly. A problem with the order was quickly sorted out with no fuss or drama. Our meal was piping hot and excellent ??. Atmosphere at just before 6:00pm was quiet.

We visited this Nando's and was very disappointed with the experience. Halfway through our meal, the lights dimmed significantly, making it difficult to see our food. We were told this was automatic and couldn't be controlled. While we were offered a different table, it wasn?t practical to move since we were already eating, so we resorted to using a phone torch for lighting.
To make matters worse, the staff started closing the upstairs area around us, even though it was over an hour before the restaurant was due to close. This made us feel rushed and uncomfortable. Despite providing feedback to both the supervisor and manager, they didn?t seem particularly concerned about our experience.

Forced to order with a QR code through the nandos website. After the payment was taken we were informed that our order was not in stock and we were then intimated into ordering an inferior dish on the menu and also warned no refund was available as the transaction was carried out on the website.

Resturaunt was virtually empty, no atmosphere at all. The chicken wings I ordered, were rather large and did not look like any chicken wings I had seen before, quite frankly looked pretty unappetising. The manager also started sweeping up the floor at the tables to my rear and adjacent to me, banging chairs etc, even though was not closing time. Did not make for a great experience.
