I'm not sure what keeps happening here but you keep missing stuff off my order when I go to collect and take home.
It makes it frustrating when parts of the order are missing.
It gets exhausting complaining.
Also, food is usually cold.
It's two simple fixes required.

Service slow, some staff don't seem too want to help, app never works at this restaurant, chips ok but burgers are cold.
Update........ sick of items always missing like straws and dips.... its not that complicated to pack a bag with a clear list of what's in it....

As much as the food was great the staff weren?t. Me and my 2 friends came into McDonald?s and as soon as we did we got harassed by 12-15 kids. We told them to go away nicely and all the staff did was walk away or ignore us. It?s stupid to just think that if something did really go on in the premises would they really step in and do something?

Absolutely disgusted with the meal we have just received.... after travelling 4 hours all we wanted to do was eat and go to bed. The food was disgusting. Chips were stale and stone cold, the burgers looked like they had been sat on and dripping in ketchup. My milk was missing from the happy meal and we got 3 coffees instead of hot chocolates. Not to mention all the ice creams were just milk. Absolutely fuming!!!! £30 down the drain as we couldn't bothered to drive all the way back. Tried to phone the store, it just rang and rang.

I keep promising myself not to come back to this McDonald?s but I do, last time today though. The food is always cold and horrible, the drive through service is shocking, always have to ask for napkins and sauces. Very poor I?m done and it?s obvious the online orders prioritise drive through. Ok just finnished my meal, no napkins, it was cold, the chips tasted like they?ve been sat there for a week, food terrible. Yak
