Another freezing cold big tasty was gonna ask for a refund but it takes them that long because they don?t want to give it to you. They want to palm you off with more of the crap and the new cup and Wynn is pathetic. Mcdonalds need to be shut down I think it?s done now. The food is rank. I threw the burger to the Seagulls and even they have turned it up. that is definitely a problem anyway. Greggs is number one. Greggs have brilliant cups brilliant Greggs have a loyalty app 2 out of 5 days, my food and drinks have been free. I?ve never had anything for free of McDonald?s and now the cups have gone manky everybody?s going to be getting ulcers and spots around their faces from this lid because it?s leaking all over the worst brew ever now greggs all the way

We sat upstairs, ordered on the app, waited quite a while but I appreciate they are very busy. When the food came both mine and my partners large fries were cold so was my chicken, bacon mayo burger and his hamburger was cold so I took them back down stairs which they replaced. There was no toilet paper in the toilets upstairs and the state of them was discusting are they not checked regularly. I know you are very busy but I have been visiting McDonald's for a long time and this is the worse experience I have ever had

The food is actually good but the waiting times are getting worse, can understand takeaways getting prioritised as most places do but need to speed up walk in orders as well. Enough staff on so things shouldn?t be as slow as they are really.

Food was luke warm had to return my coffee as it didn't look as advertised (didn't expect a perfect match) took it back because again it was luke warm and the employee said oh they must've given you an old one. Cold drinks were luke warm as well.
