Ordered a delivery from here, they got my order completely wrong and sent me somebody else's order. I then proceeded to try and contact them by calling the restaurant. I tried multiple times, each time there was no answer whatsoever, which I think is disgusting customer service and because of this I had to pay twice as much this evening to get food. I understand getting a couple of items wrong but an entire order including the drinks.

This used to be a really busy McDonald's but since the cinema closed it's now virtually dead.
Staff that actually spoke were friendly and chatty other staff just didn't acknowledge or smile at you.
Only used it today as had been out food shopping early.
On a better note because it's not busy either in shop or delivery the food was actually hot.

For the third time in a row I have been to Macdonald's and ordered one of my regular go tos and for the third time I have had two bites and thrown out the rest.
Absolutely atrocious and inedible. Dry and barely luke warm.

Called in for the grandkids tea, good service, good food.
Counter overrun with Just eat etc. delivery people. Needs addressing in store. Just my opinion.

Freezing cold. Would not go to this McDonald's again because of how cold it was. Asked a staff member who said there was nothing they could do.

The female manager was ace, making sure everything was okay without being pushy, best service we have had from a macdonalds, hopefully she gets some recognition, unfortunately we didn?t get her name
