Customer Service is now non existent with Lloyds!! I took a cheque in to bank and they told me I had to put it through the machine!!! Errr?.NO!!! You do it, I?m really NOT INTERESTED IN PLAYING SILLY GAMES!!!Lloyds MUST start thinking about their customers of shall we say?a certain vintage ?
