My latest car is the first time I have bought from Lloyds BMW and find the after sales service second to none. I have had a few problems with understanding some of the modern technology with it, but Ben is remarkably helpful. I would recommend buying from this branch without hesitation.

I purchased a 2007 Z4 from Lloyd Blackpool/Danny Greaves back in 2011 which was brilliant. Fast forward 12.5 years and I am back buying a 2022 Z4 - from Lloyd/Danny again. As I remember from last time the service from Lloyd and Danny in particular was exemplary. Genuinely nice, decent, down to earth bloke with none of the usual stuff you get from car sales people (which I hate). Really enjoyed the experience right down to driving the car out the showroom! I have about 3 other BMW dealers which are closer to where I live but from my own experience they are no where near as good. Thank you so much and Danny is an absolute credit to the business.

Totally disgusting service from such a big company. I took my bmw into lloyds bmw in Blackpool. Lee Blackburn rang me to see about the wires already out which I stated to stop car alarm going off . Said no worries we will fix it. Next day I get a video or tour round my car and how much it would cost to fix . Which was not cheap ,however I need my car so I just told them to sort it . Day after I go to pick up my car ,which came back to me clean and problem fixed ,however parts all over my boot . Rang for my original part but said was in my car . Definitely wasn't! Rang next day 4 times ,to only be answered 3 minutes before they shut . What cheesed me off is I got told that part had been scrapped and gets done quickly. Was totally throbbed off and I stated I need my original part and Lee said he would see what he can do . For such a big company and the professionalism has been dreadful. Lee can not fault him his self he was dead approachable just way things got handled. Read lot of reviews and there really disappointing to see from such a big company. Emailed twice but you get no response. So I'm leaving my review as I think people should be aware of what service there receivingNo clips were broken at all , garage fixed the issue for me the next day . Alarms was going off as stated and they rang me about it and said it would be sorted . Maybe listen to your phone calls . What unprofessional response as well ,suppose to be a high end car company it got sent back the way it come . Absolutely shocking

Visited here recently and bought my BWM dream car. Gary was amazing and very patient with me. Great service and everyone is friendly. Lots of options new and used as well as choice of vehicles to look at and test drive.

Parts failed after 6 months Terrible Warrenty procedure buy your parts aftermarket as your gaining nothing double the price and last half as long to exchange parts you have to sing to their hymn sheet and be out of pocket in the end!! Also Warrenty procedure designed I?m sure to find reasons not to honour warrenty.

I am very disappointed with the service provided by Mr Danny as it seems to me my friend he was not willing to sell the car. We bought a £45000 car but the customer service he provided to us in comparison to Mercedes or others like he was selling a £500 worth car to us . I think he needs to have some motivation and willingness on him as he is a sales agent. We went from London to collect the car and we confirmed him an week ago to make the car ready but the car was not even ready as we found few big scratches on the car of which need to go for body work , upon notice Mr Danny said no problem I can refund you the money, no other effort to sort that out as we went from London he should have think about it but he seems he doesn?t care whether he can sell the car or. Very very disappointed and unsatisfactory service by a retailer like BMW. As went from far distance and I desperately need the car that?s the only reason I bought the car otherwise I was not buying it . I never like to write a negative a review but the service I get from Mr Danny was very poor and unprofessional which totally disappointing. He must have some motivation and positive manners on him otherwise he should have change his profession.

Staff that I encountered were very polite and friendly. Very professional set up, but not a pompous garage. Definitely worth a visit, will definitely consider when changing our car.
