“For a long time this premiere shop was my closest convenience store of choice. The owners are very friendly and funny. I always felt welcomed by all the staff. The shop has a great selection of cold drinks, snacks, chocolate, sweets etc. There's also a good selection of food for on the go. They also stock a good selection of alcohol and tobacco.”

“Lovely staff they were getting rid of of out of date stuff and I only had a pound and they were two diet Pepsi for 1.25 for 2 bottles and he said take two bottles for a pound for one bottle he was gonna pay me 60p for a bottle and he let me have two lovely staff I would go again”

“Was in Blackpool over the weekend and called in to get a drink before a very hangover 1.2 hour taxi ride back home and dropped my wallet didnt realise I left it behind full of money my cards when I called up I had low expectations of it been handed in nevermind having the money still in but a member of staff found it and was 100% honest left all the money and my cards and kept it for me to come collect the next day I wish I got your name but if you read this thank you very much good know there's good people still in this world”

“Sound people who own it and to be honest all the staff are fine as well. It is unique in the way it serves as a cut through from palatine road to Ribble road so I guess it benefits from passing trade both sides and even big your just passing through as a short cut then there not fussy or moan or look at you funny. The products are ok for a corner shop so to speak and they don't sell snide bacccy like other local shops there ok!”

“Great convenient location on for this local convenience store which is well stocked with just about all you need for the daily shop. Lottery, magazines, off licence, ice cream, grocery items, tram saver tickets, cash machine, snacks plus much more and car parking spaces on the forecourt too. Staff have always been very friendly when have called and have had no issues whatsoever on any visits.”

“I really appreciate bargain booze in Talbot. The staff are very nice and it is so convenient sending Evri parcels and as well as topping up on gas and electrics. I also appreciate the bargains for toast breads as coming to expiry date. This store is awesome!!”

“Generally great staff, sadly let down my the management...... often understaffed, bombed out with Uber orders which take precedence over physical customers, so if there's insufficient bodies on duty, people have to wait. The Post Office staff have not received comprehensive training ( apart from one lady who has previous "proper" PO experience ). I feel sorry for whoever works in this shop ( they've lost some great staff over time ) because they are under so much pressure and become the butt of rolling eyes and tutting, neither of which they deserve. I have written to Head Office about this last year but had no reply. MORRISONS..... BE MORE FAIR TO YOUR STAFF !!”

“ Have used this store for the last eight years and Steve and his staff have become like family. Our landlady on Princeway has served us with notice as she wants to sell the house and we cannot state enough just how sad we will be to leave here and our fantastic neighbours. We are both registered disabled and they have even carried our bags home for us on occasions when we have gone slightly mad. A good neighbour of ours who lives in the flat over our local store recently lost her husband and we cannot say just how much we are going to miss her and others on the street. We have never ever been fortunate enough to live anywhere where our local shop and our neighbours become like family, but we will remember our years here with great fondness. We don't know what was more upsetting being served notice to vacate the house or the fact we will lose our little community here, we cannot thank everyone enough for making us feel so welcome. We are besides ourselves to leave ”
