This weekend was horrendous at the lily?s we were meant to have a weekend there but only managed Friday night . The room was damp water running down the walls . The food was appalling and he charged us £266 and the £10 each for a meal what was a frozen cheap meal the food was cold the plates were cold. I can?t even describe how bad the breakfast was. The matteres was full of springs and my Grandaughter coughed with the damp and had to sleep in her coat. I wouldn?t recommend anyone staying there . Just felt ripped off. He would not give us any money back he said it wasn?t policy Rubbish . Fuming .

Room was damp and cold which irritated my chest. Small room. Needs new mattress on beds. Food was cold and processed and on cold plates. We will not stop here again in our opinion very disappointed a lot of money and not worth the money.

We stopped here for the one night while taking advantage of the Blackpool night life, It's a nice family run B&B which shows in the attention to detail, from remembering your first name to the snacks in your room. A good place to stop, weather you're with your family or just friends for a night outNoteworthy details: Friendly run business

We had a great break with Tom at the Lily Hotel in Blackpool. Tom has a background in being a Supporting Artist and is happy to share his experiences. He'll go the extra mile to look after his guests. I was glad that we booked in for the whole weekend rather than just a single night. The breakfast is great. The evening meals are good value for money and well cooked. The location is excellent in the northern end of the town. The trams are within easy walking distance as are several bus stops. You can even walk to the sea front as its not to far at all. We found a parking spot nearby and then left the car for the weekend without issue. The airshow over the Blackpool sea front is very impressive with the Red Arrows giving the full display.

Had a lovely 1 night stay at the Lily Hotel. The room has everything you would need for a pleasant stay.A nice touch with small complimentary tooth brush/toothpaste, shower gell, shampoo etc which you wouldn't normally see at other B&B'sBed is super comfortable. What stands this hotel out from the rest. is the warm welcoming from Tom the owner. A great guy. Thanks againKenny

This lovely family run business is a 2 minute walk from the North Shore front away from the noise of the town centre but just a 10 minute walk or 4 minute tram ride away. Lots if free on street outside & on surrounding streets. Tom the owner is really friendly & welcoming. Traditional B&B with a lovely sun room at the front to relax in. Good sized double room with a very comfy bed & memory foam pillows. Shower room looked brand new. Tv, tea/coffee/water & snacks in room. Didnt have breakfast as off early next morning. We stayed here for Lytham festival.

We stayed in this lovely small and friendly hotel when we were in Blackpool for a family wedding. There were 4 adults and 2 small children. Our ages were from 75 to 2 years old. From our moment we arrived Tom could not do too much for us all. When he saw that l had a stick my room was changed to a more convenient one. My room was spotless and the bed was super comfortable. Breakfast was well cooked and beautifully presented. This hotel, on a quiet, mainly residential road, yet near the sea, is a real gem. Linda Colton

Booked 1 night in the family room for £166 which didn't include breakfast. Oh & the shower isn't in the room. You have to walk down the corridor! The owner was really unwelcoming, the rooms really dated & to run extension leads around the room is just cost cutting again. It seemed all the owner was interested in was getting more & more money out of you. I know times are tough but c'mon I have paid £166 for 1 night without breakfast & to not have a shower in the room, no I don't want to pay a further £15 to add breakfast on. Really, if you're thinking of booking here, save yourself the headache & book into the Hilton. It's the same price, modern & you have your facilities within your room. If only I didn't want to support the local businesses within the area, I would have & will be doing so if we was to ever visit Blackpool again. Please note that your reply is based on pure lies, yes my sister booked the room however that didnt stop me paying the amount stated in my review for 1 night in November. I asked for my money back so I could go somewhere else as we didn't feel comfortable stopping there & you just refused. My sister hasn't left a good view on the third party website at all as she was just as disgusted as me, we booked 6 rooms in your B&B & not 1 of us would return not even if you paid us. You also accused my sister of not booking enough rooms when we first arrived which was just mind blowing to be honest. We stayed here 6 months ago now & I still feel as strongly towards this situation now as I did then. The prices you charge for the level of accommodation & service you offer is daylight robbery without the violence. PLEASE GO SOMEWHERE ELSE, YOU WILL THANK ME IN THE LONG RUN!

On arrival I was met by Tom the owner/manager. He'd reserved a on road, parking space at the front of the Hotel as I have a Blue Badge due to mobility issues. There are some yellow lines close by and parking is limited. The approach from footpath to entrance walk way is lacking grip handles on the brick work , to assist getting up the steps. There is no ramp. Once inside there is a covered seating area , then continuing through you come to the bar and dining room. All clean and light. Currently there is no stairlft or similar device and no standard lift, or even if a space saving lift. There were 13 narrow steps to the first landing, only one hand rail on the left hand side. There is a small grab rail at the top landing on the right. To reach the second landing , 2 x steps , there is no additional grab rail unless you moved left approx 8 feet to hold the next section of normal hand rail. The room was very clean , large double, comfy bed , compact onsuite shower/toilet with a wooden bi folding door. ( The large door knob reduced access width by 3 inches ( a small flat ring pull would be better) Tea /coffee/snacks, mini toothpast and brush all supplied. TV mounted over Meals were good , free tea/coffee on request. Regarding the disability issue, there is currently no lift or stairlift. There was no ' guest' toilet downstairs, for customers of the bar or restaurant to use. If you needed the toilet you had to climb the stairs and go to your room. This was a let down and having had to endure this climb and decent at least 14 to 16 times over a 24 hour period . Needless to say I'm now home and suffering intense pain. This hotel could increase its clientel in the disability (and their families) sector by approx 75% if these changes were implemented. Overall not a bad hotel , it just needs to be more 'disabled friendly'.

Best hotel in Blackpool! The owner is amazing and makes sure you have everything you need and want and goes the extra mile to make sure your stay is amazing. The room was very very clean and done to a high standard. Breakfast was amazing and cooked perfectly and we had everything we wanted and extras. I would highly recommend a stay here.
