The girls on the phone and the front desk are generally nice but my god trying to get an appointment with the doctor is like pulling teeth. Everytime you ring up you?re given one with either a student doctor or an ANP. You can never get an appointment with any of the established Gp. I understand everyone has to learn but pt choice is taken away when yoour pushed into seeing a nurse or a student who you don?t want to see. They also book you appointments without telling you. I received a phone call from a doctor while I was at work to do a mental health review I had no clue of the appointment as it had just been booked in without my knowledge and no text or letter asking for confirmation I obviously couldn?t talk because I was at work. What waste of both the appointment and the doctors time.

Fantastic practise. I had some horrendous experiences with Adelaide Street and South king Street due to loss of medical records and complete negligence on behalf of administrative stafd. Sarah The practise manager and the reception team have been absolutely fantastic in helping me find the missing records. Compared to some of the other surgeries I've had the unfortunate pleasure of these guys are a breath of fresh air. They've been helpful friendly and courteous which as I say is a change from dealing with Adelaide Street on a daily basis.

Rang to re assess my medication for depression, the receptionist was more interested that I not had them for a wile so did not feel I needed them , I?m yet to figure out when receptionist became doctors resulted in me having dealing with it myself is it any wonder why so many life?s are lost

From joining this practice, I've found all the receptionists ,nurses, and doctors very approachable, helpful, and supportive towards me whenever I've needed to visit the surgery or speak to staff on the phone . If you're looking for a new GP practice or just moved into the area, I recommend you put this surgery at the top of your list. The building is fully accessible for the disabled /parents with prams ,and a chemist is situated next door .

It's hard to get the doctor's to believe how much pain you are in or how much you struggle with every day task's ABIT more would be great the receptionists are brilliant love em, especially Susanna she gets me, AM grateful TC AN KTF RICKY ? ??

Top class doctors. For the first time in a long time I feel like a patient who is actually cared for by my GPs. I am very happy with this practice. As far as waiting and appointment times and telephone services go, they are the same as any other NHS service right now: chronically underfunded but obviously doing the best they can.And Dr Soh is lovely ?

Can never get to talk to anyone, phone system is pathetic, don't need an appointment, just need to follow up from test results,I've had results from hospital, a week ago,so would expect that the surgery has had a copy???just need outcome/treatment

It is virtually impossible to get through to this surgery on the phone. You ring up at 8AM on the dot to get through all the recordings etc to then be told 'All our phone lines are busy. Call back later' And then you do...and if you do go into the surgery to make an appointment you get told to ring up at 8AM. I do and can never get through and by then all the appointments are gone. While there is some great doctors and nurses at this surgery, they really need to do something about their phone system because it is ridiculous.
