Brilliant and helpful staff, after ordering wrong size of tyres online, who would guess I have different on front compare to rear, staff went above and beyond to order me correct size and even managed to squeeze change on the same day! Thank you very much for saving my holiday weekend, again I think :)

I?ve rated you a 4 as the MOT was completed and I was given a time to collect my car. Plus, it was my first time using Kwik fit for any car work and I was able to pay beforehand. However, on drop off and arrival to collect the car. I was waiting for a considerable amount of time at reception both times as no member of staff was present and there wasn?t anything like a bell at reception to get someone?s attention so it felt like I was waiting ages and that?s the only thing I would say you need to think about.
Work wise though very satisfied and happy with the price ??

I took my car in for a puncture repair & found all the staff extremely helpful. The Manger quickly took my details & the puncture was repaired while I waited. I was very satisfied & wouldn?t hesitate to recommend the Preston New Rd. Blackpool branch for a 1st class job.

Just great all round experience - early MOT reminder email, ease of online booking, location, friendly and knowledgable staff, excellent service. After the MOT was carried out, I made a general enquiry about an issue with my key fob. The gentleman who served me (William?) made no hesitation in coming out to my car to take a look. It was no trouble to him, his advice was great, offering solutions and whatever he did, the key fob is working again properly without having to do anything! Thank you!
