Dissapointed, inattentive reception staff. Having two tyres changed.
Appointment booked for 10.00am, gent said 15 -30 mins. At 10.30 I told him I had an important meeting in Burnley at 12.00.
Service to change the tyres did not start until 10.50. Consequently very late for my other appointment.
10.00 sppointment means that time or a little later, nor 50 mins late with no apologies explanations given.

Lewis Ketley was a massive help. My tyre wouldn't inflate and turns out I needed a new valve core. Lewis didn't charge me and even fit me in first thing in a Sunday! Thanks Lewis

Paid for 3 new tyres last week. 1 tyre already having issues called to get this resolved and Lewis at the garage was no help at all. All he could say was they were short staffed I would have to wait several days for them to even look at it. I have a disabled child and also need my car for work. They wasn?t keen to resolve an issue that was clearly caused by there incompetence in the first place. Such as shame as I have used this garage many times over the years but won?t bother again in the future. Customer service clearly isn?t important

Agree with a few others reviewers...a coffee machine in the waiting room would be nice ???
