Shocking experience. Dirty toilets with no loo roll and wet slippery floors. Staff informed and did nothing about it, despite us being the only customers in. Young teenage staff running the place who spent the whole time we were there bragging about how much they had been drinking over Christmas, swearing, drinking drinks and then touching food. I had a young child with me and it?s wholly inappropriate. The food was awful, the pineapple given to my child had two different use by dates stamped on it and was slimy. Definitely won?t visit again.

Ordered 2 x boneless banquet found red plastic in one so took both back asked for refund said can only swap no refund given. Where was the health and safety . She could have choked. Never using this store again.

The food is good but they don't put a fork in unless you ask, even if you order something that needs one (ie a ricebox or sweet chilli bites), I've been a few times and it has happened each time. They don't seem to put napkins, wipes and salt in drivethru orders either.

One of the better KFCs in the Blackpool area but would recommend checking your order when picking up drive through or takeaway as the restaurant often misses items.

The service was fast & the food was warm and tasty. Great deals to be had and great menu choices ,and prices. The establishment was clean and tidy with a relaxing atmosphere. Staff friendly and helpful.

When you spend £48.97 and ask if everything there and told its all there. You drive home only to find out they haven't put your 8 spicy wings in the box ? and that's the only thing that you wanted out of the box. And that's not even the first time it's happened. that's why I always ask if everything there this time. Very disappointed ? again. Cherry tree road blackpool. what's going on ???
