one of the worst KFCs. comparedvto the one in Preston and Chorley, I was very disappointed. hot wings are dark, terrible and cold. am not sure why such a massive difference

Absolutely shocking customer service would rather get all the deliveries out than serve customers at the front of shop leaving them waiting 10minutes!! Ended up walking out.

Food was good. Staff a little unhelpful. Struggled to find what I wanted on the screen and staff talked to me from behind the counter instead of coming round to help.
Parking: Not a lot of parking space outside as on main road and very busy

Popped in as we were round the way to watch the Illuminations. Self service kiosks only (no ordering at the counter), although you can pay cash. Really quick service and the food was hot, so that's always a bonus.
Disappointed that the 'public' toilets were locked.

Fast service, food fresh and hot
Wheelchair accessibility: There was no wheelchair access, in fact there is a large step outside, fortunately our chair and lady were not too heave but bigger chairs would struggle

I would normally always rate the service as 5 star as I Regularly pick up a meal here at end of my 10 hr shift. Staff are always extremely helpful and pleasant. This evening I went in at almost 10pm ready to order my usual meal. The lovely young lady explained that I could only order by using the computer screens and she was not allowed to take my order verbally at the counter. I explained I was not confident using the modern methods (I am 63yrs old and not computer literate) and she kindly talked me through what to do. I was disappointed that there was no choice in how to order my food, indeed another lady of a similar age came in right behind me and said the same. I was informed that the staff had been told that they could only accept orders if customers used the screens. I do not understand why an order cannot be taken over the counter as your staff are so helpful and eager to please. I would suggest that management consider if this directive to staff will possibly result in less confident customers choosing a different takeaway in the immediate area.

Great KFC food, They need to allow cans for cyclists. Not fair cos we can't take post mix on bike!!!!

Always go there as I'm local, been in today, sorry we don't take orders on the till anymore use the screen, I always pay with cash, this is a regular customer you have lost, absolutely absurd, they obviously don't need loyal customers

Awful place. Delivered incorrect order to me and several items missing. What we did recieve was cold, the drinks were warm. Really rude person answering the phone. Will never use the place again. Pity I couldn't give no stars
