Absolutely clueless staff who cant understand english! I said I want uk size 8 about 27895 times and they ordered size 8,5 instead ?? when I got back to JD store to replace it to uk 8, it was not available anymore ABSOLUTELY SHOCKING how they wasted my time

Christ on a bike and call me Shirley. £160 for trainers??? That's a damn site way to expensive for a pair regardless who makes them or sells them. I found reduction items to be a bit stingy as well. £55 reduced to £50. I wouldn't pay £2.70 for an item reduced from £3. Might as well stick to original price.. Many other outlets actually have sufficient reductions on old stock. Can understand why so much left in store.
Sadly refused to buy anything due to prices shown during visit and won't be returning again.

Bizarre how every pair of Nike socks were priced up apart from one size, 8-11?s, which were more expensive but you wouldn?t know that until you got to the till. To be fair I pointed it out and the price was matched but wonder how many people have not realised. Naughty..

Staff was very abusive, was charged the wrong price, and I had to point it out, I went shopping for my 12 year old granddaughter, I think because I was a old person they treated me bad made me feel like I didn't know what I was on about, I will never shop there again
