Saturday 1st March , this morning i had the absolute pleasure speaking with the store manager Kalim (apologies I hope that's the correct spelling).Anyway, on Friday morning over half of my order was missing , I spoke with Tracey and my missing items were not on the delivery van so she explained she would sort it out and arranged for it to be re picked and delivered Saturday 8-10 , very apologetic and did everything she could at the time . This morning ( Saturday 1st) I phoned the store and spoke to Karim and all I can say is what an absolute star, There had been miscommunication regarding my delivery. So he promised me that he would have my missing items to me by 10am . 9.30am white car pulls up , opened the door to Karim, he had taken time to actually get my shopping to me including picking it himself. To say this is above and beyond is an understatement as far as this young man is concerned. Thank you so much . Excellent service

Had home delivery today missing two items when we asked about the missing items the driver was extremely rude and wouldn?t have a look, he however came back 5 minutes later with one of the missing items. When we asked about the 2nd missing item he very rudely told us that?s all he had! I?ve tried to phone the store several times and there is no answer!

I do like Iceland but this particular store seems to allow food out of date to still be on the shelves also the not so fresh salad still on the shelves ive had to start going to another iceland

went in today 2/7/24, place looks more like a jumble sell than a supermarket their is no flow to the shop everything is everywhere needs a good sorting out, staff are rude no manners security guard pushing past people no excuse me please and lady at till look miserable as sin, she handed me recipt without no word or even a smile, and when I said sarcastically to her your welcome she begrudgingly said thanks luv, manager needs to have a good word with them all or himself and get the ship in order.

I am a regular customer in this store. I was at till and a young man a two young children where trying to get served at till opp. The young man was told by cashier baskets only I don't do delivery. Now I seen the cashier couldn't be bothered serving/doing a delivery. The young man only asked if they had more staff for tills as the wait was extremely bad due to customer before with a van load order. The cashier with attitude towards the young man and two children told him "can you not f'ing see that we are on tills which prompted the young man to tell cashier don't speak to him in that manner or they can talk outside to which the cashier wanted to fight rings bell for manager to evict man and his two children from store. Manager didn't want to hear about it just took his colleagues word. I caught up with young lad and I am trying to encourage him to take this further. Shocking Iceland
